Typical Sequencing of Courses
CIS Major
The following sections shows the typical sequencing of courses for the CIS
major, both for the Computer Science and Information Technology concentrations.
Of course, individual student schedules may vary depending on many factors such
as the need to take additional mathematics courses before taking calculus.
Note that the CIS major cannot fit in less than three years unless the
student has already taken CS 110 and CS 111. Students will special scheduling
concerns should contact Br. David Carlson,
department chairperson.
