Graduation Requirements CardProcedure for Obtaining Signature of ChairpersonGraduating seniors need the signature of the CIS department chairperson (Br. David Carlson) on this card by the deadline given by the registrar. (In addition, if a student has a minor or other major, the chair(s) of these departments must sign.) In order for Br. David to sign that graduation requirements card, the following are needed:
Br. David's Comments:Once these items look OK, I'll sign the card. I have sometimes asked students to make changes in the above 2 documents if they did not follow what we asked for. A key item is that both should start with a clear summary in good English. The signature is, of course, conditional. Should a student fail the senior project or some other course that is needed, that student would not graduate, at least not at the normal time. (It is possible to complete work later and then graduate in August or December.) |
