Internship Position: Global Services Solution Center Intern
Location: Uniontown, PA
Personnel within the Solution Center Technical Solutions Track are responsible for analyzing client
requirements; designing, building, testing, documenting, supporting, and ensuring quality
Implementation and Education Content deliverables for the work assigned to the Solution Center.
The deliverables will be produced based on the methodology of the
Realized Value Platform and specific Solution Center Processes and tools.
The Intern roles will primarily interact with internal PTC employees serving as their “customers/clients”
for internal projects that will be used for productivity enhancements (through internal systems),
tool configuration, knowledge sharing, and communication.
Must be a Junior or Senior in a technology based Bachelors Program
Internship Position: Help Desk Intern, Diocese of Greensburg
Location: Greensburg, PA
The person in this position, as a member of a support team, provides technical services to end users
of microcomputer systems, smart phones and other mobile devices. The incumbent provides primary level
support to end users via the phone, internet, remote PC control, and on site, solving client software
functionality, network connectivity, and other computer related problems.
The Help Desk intern will work in collaboration with all offices of the Diocese, its schools and parishes.
