Suppose a city of 2,000,000 people has an outbreak of a new infectious disease.
It takes 2 weeks to recover from the disease. When the outbreak is first noticed
there are about 3000 cases of the disease. After 3 days the number of cases has
risen to 300,000. Estimate the number of cases that there will be after 7 days.
